What to do when you see a blog posting a photo of yours on Mattters
We have no control over or responsibility for the content that appears on Mattters, but we do have control over whether that content gets displayed on Mattters.
Sometimes we index a blog that has, without your permission, included your photo or content in THEIR blog. First, please realize that this is flattering and good for your business and internet fame. If, however, you just do not want this to be happening, then:
1. Click on the photo or title of the story, on Mattters, and see who is doing this. Try and talk to them and convince them to remove the photo or content or link back to you, or whatever will make you feel that justice has been done.
2. If this happens to you all the time (or even if it does not), and we do not currently index your blog, we can index it and present it on Mattters. This way visitors to Mattters will at least see who is posting all these great posts that everybody else is stealing,
3. If the same blogger is frequently plagiarizing your content, and is unresponsive or unrepentant, we will, as a last resort, drop them from Mattters. This will at least provide a small amount of firepower in your discussions with them.

What to do when you don't want Mattters indexing your posts, tweets or videos and presenting their summaries to the world.
Sometimes your blog or tweets are just meant for you and a few of your friends to see and you do not want them broadcast to the world.
1. Just email us with enough information so we know what we are supposed to be removing (the name and address of your blog, for example). After we verify that you are you, we will immediately stop indexing your content, and will then remove all of your stories and photos that we have ever indexed (please allow 2-3 weeks for this final stage - we may have thousands of links to your stories).
Do not index my blog, videos, or tweets please!
