Kristen Wiig attended the Paris premiere of her latest movie ‘Imogene’ on Tuesday as part of the Champs Elysees Film Festival. The funny gal wore a white-and-black Prabal Gurung draped three-quarter-sleeve dress featuring the curved cut-out detail synonymous with the designer’s Fall 2013 collection. I love the uniqueness of her on-trend dress, but I am disappointed by her caramel pumps. A black-and-white graphic pump would have perfected the look. Just imagine what Sophia Webster studded sandals would’ve brought to this look, or even the Saint Laurent toe-cap pumps if she wanted something more conservative.. Are you still applying eyeliner the same way you did in middle school? Well, chances are you're doing it wrong, really wrong. Most people go overboard with eyeliner and it ends up completely overpowers their eyes. Or, they line the inside rim of their lash line, which can make eyes look smaller. Plus, it causes eyes to tear up which makes your makeup look runny. But here's the real kicker: You're not supposed to draw your liner all the way across your lashline in one motion. The pencil or brush will get caught on loose skin, making your line bumpy and gross (and I always thought it was because my hand was too shaky!). Well, how are you supposed to apply eyeliner then? The easiest way to apply it is with a brush. You can either use a gel formula or an eyeshadow. Start at the inner corner of your eye and draw a line to the center of your lid. Then reload the brush and start from the outside corner, connecting the 2 lines in the middle. This method also works with eyeliner pencils, just make sure you use one with smooth formula, like Urban Decay's 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil ($19). With eyeliner, remember that less is more. Not everyone looks good with liner all around their eyes. Try just lining the upper lashline or only lining from the pupil outward (which creates a more wide-eyed effect). Kylie Minogue was spotted out in New York City following a night of partying with Jay-Z and Beyonce and promoting her new book, ‘Kylie Fashion’. She wore a Roberto Cavalli Spring 2013 look, similar to a look she has worn before. Back in January, she wore just the lace-trimmed silk-chiffon printed dress while out in Australia; however, on this occasion she wore a double-slit dress with a different print with peach-coloured printed pants. A white Dolce & Gabbana clutch and gold peep-toes completed her look. I love how she worked both looks, but this is my favourite of the two as the pants toughen up the ultra-feminine look. The big news to some people might be that the First Family arrived in Europe earlier this week for the G8 summit, but not for us. We were most excited about what we spotted on the feet of Sasha and Malia Obama as they stepped off the plane in Northern Ireland. Despite the cool temperatures up north, the two Obama girls didn't forget it was summer and added pops of bright color to their outfits with J.Crew flats. Sasha wore the CeCe Leather Ballet Flat in Venetian Green ($138) and Malia chose the Elsie Canvas Mary Jane in Vibrant Fuschia (down from $218 to $169.99).
