The unique story of this model mom-to-be, who is planning to welcome two children just four weeks apart, is possible thanks to a surrogate — though the incredibly close timing was anything but planned. “I’ve been speaking to my gestational carrier every day and she’s a member of my family now,” the model turned lingerie designer explained to The Sun. “She’ll be known to the boys as Auntie and she wants to keep in touch.” The 41-year-old, seen here in late May, turned to surrogacy after being advised by doctors that her own chances of conceiving were slim. However, just one month after word came an American woman was pregnant with Caprice and millionaire Ty Comfort’s son, she found out she was pregnant too. “I was really worried about telling everyone about surrogacy — over here in the UK it seems more taboo,” the six-months-along model, who is also expecting a boy, explained of how she’s handling her unique family on both a public and private level. ”I was worried what I’d tell my boys. But they’re going to know the truth, 100 percent.” Caprice is due in September, while the surrogate is due one month earlier. Can you imagine being 9 months pregnant with a newborn to care for? Talk about exhaustion! How interesting to think that the boys aren’t twins, but one will be the older brother by only a matter of weeks. My own two sons are 20 months apart, and go from fighting like cats and dogs to playing and laughing every other minute. I’m betting Caprice’s home will soon be filled with as much rambunctious noise as mine! How far apart are your kids? Would you prefer them as close as Caprice’s will be?

The Sopranos star, who took home three Emmy awards for his portrayals, died while in Italy of an apparent heart attack at the age of 51. A statement from HBO, which ran the hit series in which James Gandolfini played the starring role of mob boss Tony Soprano, reads: "We're all in shock and feeling immeasurable sadness at the loss of a beloved member of our family. He was special man, a great talent, but more importantly a gentle and loving person who treated everyone no matter their title or position with equal respect. He touched so many of us over the years with his humor, his warmth and his humility. Our hearts go out to his wife and children during this terrible time. He will be deeply missed by all of us." Noting the arrival weight 7 lbs., 9 oz., a rep for the couple stated at the time, "James and Deborah are thrilled and all are doing well." This is perhaps the saddest news I’ve heard in a very long time. “The Sopranos” actor James Gandolfini has passed away today. Sources say he had a heart attack while in Italy, where he was supposed to make an appearance at the 59th Taormina Film Festival this weekend. James left behind an 8-month-old daughter with his wife Deborah Lin and a teenage son from a previous marriage. Rest in Peace, James. Lizzie McGuire alum Hilary Duff was photographed with 1-year-old son Luca in Sherman Oaks, Calif. on Wednesday (June 19). The actress, 25, toted her tot as they left Babies First Class. On Father’s Day weekend, we spotted Hilary and husband Mike Comrie out and about with their sweet baby boy. The actress-author recently opened up to Celebrity Baby Scoop about her active son. “Luca’s incredible!,” she gushed. “I can’t believe he is already 13 months old.  He’s certainly an active boy and yes, even more so now that he is walking. Elizabeth Messina Mark-Paul Gosselaar has a secret — but he’s not sharing! The Franklin & Bash actor and his wife Catriona McGinn have found out the sex of their first child together, but the couple have decided to keep it under wraps until the September delivery. “We have two names in the running,” Gosselaar, 39, tells PEOPLE. Fortunately, the future father-of-three — Gosselaar is also dad to Ava, 7, and Michael, 9, from his previous marriage — doesn’t need to divulge too many details in order to solicit suggestions from his costar Beckin Meyer. “Breckin Gosselaar, that’s unisex. It can be a boy or girl,” he says, prompting Gosselaar to admit the name has “a ring to it.” Despite happily discussing their children — Meyer is dad to two daughters — the bantering between the costars quickly turns to their childcare — or lack thereof. “I don’t raise [my daughters],” Meyer jokes, later adding, “I have a staff!” “I have people do that … I have nannies!” Gosselaar playfully adds. “Basically we’re slaving away so that we can have nannies.” But when Meyer clarifies that his children do not have nannies, Gosselaar jumps on the bandwagon, sharing, “I don’t have any nannies either. I don’t!” All joking aside, according to Meyer, fatherhood was the foundation of the pair’s friendship. “It’s pretty fantastic being a dad,” the actor, 39, says. “I think that’s one of the things we connected with when we first started the show. Pink, Carey Hart and their 2-year-old daughter Willow were spotted catching a flight out of LAX last Saturday (June 15). Outside the terminal – they were seen unloading surfboards along with their luggage. The singer’s last tweet was on that day. She wrote: “Pretty happy with my garden and the side dish that happened because of it. Sautéed kale and potatoes with truffle oil and grilled halloumi.” Pink threw their daughter a birthday party at their Malibu mansion earlier this month. Courtesy Katheryn Fiore Kathryn Fiore is counting her blessings — starting with her baby girl. The former Wedding Band star and husband Gabriel Tigerman, who has had roles on Supernatural and Journeyman, welcomed their first child on Tuesday, May 28. Daughter Alice Harper Fiore Tigerman weighed in at 7 lbs., 3 oz. However, following a long labor — resulting in an emergency cesarean — the couple’s baby bliss quickly turned to heartache when both Fiore and her baby girl began to experience severe complications. Doctors intubated the actress — who was suffering from a uterine hemorrhage causing her to lose over two liters of blood — before the new mom went into septic shock and complete organ failure, leading her to lose consciousness. Additionally, the lack of blood flow threatened Fiore’s limbs. After 12 days of fighting for her life, including undergoing emergency dialysis and other life-saving procedures — doctors are unsure of the cause, but theories include a rare blood disease or amniotic fluid embolism — Fiore’s condition stabilized. Meanwhile, baby Alice was sent to the NICU after displaying signs of distress, where she spent 10 days before being discharged. And while the couple’s little girl has since gone home, Fiore, 33, remains hospitalized as she undergoes intensive physical therapy — the actress must learn to walk and use her hands again — and dialysis, before beginning oxygen treatments in the near future. In lieu of showering the new family with flowers and gifts, a fund has been established to accept monetary donations which will go toward the medical bills not covered by insurance and aide in the costs of Fiore’s treatments, rehab, future surgeries and eventual need for professional nursing care. Kolcraft has recalled its Jeep Liberty strollers for a projectile hazard! According to the CPSC, the inner tube of the tire on the stroller can rupture causing the wheel rim to fracture and fly off as a projectile, posing a risk of bodily injury and property damage. This recall affects approximately 96,000 strollers sold at Burlington Coat Factory, Sears and Toys R Us nationwide, online and at other mass market and other stores from June 2010 through June 2013 and retailed at $150-$180. Reports of incidents and injury: Kolcraft and the CPSC have received 39 reports of inner tube ruptures causing the wheel rim to fracture and fly off as a projectile. Of these, 18 included reports of injury, with 14 occurring while filling the tire with air by adult caregivers. Two children received lacerations to their chin or leg while standing near the stroller and 16 adults received abrasions, contusions and/or lacerations to their arms, legs, stomach or head/face. Two of the reports included property damage.
