Proud mama Jessica Simpson shared a sweet snapshot with her 3-month-old son Ace Knute via Twitter. And on Thursday (October 3), papa Eric Johnson was seen taking both of their kids – including 17-month-old daughter Maxwell – to the doctor’s office in Los Angeles, Calif. In August, we caught our first glimpse of baby Ace on the cover of Us Weekly. “With two kids, we have our hands full, but every day is a new adventure,” Jessica, who gave birth to Ace via planned C-section on June 30, told the mag. “It’s fun! I feel very at peace with being a mom.” The singer-turned-entrepreneur found out she was pregnant with Ace less than six months after giving birth to Maxwell — and she’s feeling “done.” “Pregnancy is a lot. It was hard to do two so close together,” she shares. “I have this huge sense of accomplishment, and I feel in my heart that I’m done. But obviously, accidents do happen!” View Slideshow »» View All Photos »»

Jessica Simpson's 3-month-old son, Ace, is growing up right before our eyes! The proud mama shared a new snapshot of her son on Twitter yesterday, writing "3 Months" over two sweet pictures of her holding Ace. In reality, Ace is actually a little over three-months, as Jessica and Eric Johnson welcomed the little on June 30. Despite having her hands full with two little ones (Jessica gave birth to her first child, Maxwell, in May 2012) the singer-turned-fashion designer is already setting her sights on a new career project. Back in September, Jessica hinted that she was looking to get back into music when she tweeted that "needs to make music." Source: Twitter user jessicasimpson

October 5, 2013 The FCS Michael Landau Strats are starting to roll out the door. The above black '68 version, currently listed by NY based Alto Music, is the first I've seen available for sale online thus far (although I coulda missed some). Above is a video from the June 2013 Tokyo Guitar Show featuring Landau demoing a burst signature model. Obviously, these are heavy Relics-- did I really need to say that? Well anyway, yeah, Landau is a master Strat player, although not a household name i.e. SRV, Eric Johnson, Clapton, Jeff Beck and darest I say, John Mayer... Point being that no self respecting Strat geek should not be without a substantial ration of Michael Landau, and Scott Henderson too, for that matter. Jessica Simpson’s daughter Maxwell is a daddy’s girl.  Maxwell and her dad Eric Johnson were spotted leaving the doctor’s office yesterday with baby brother Ace, too!  Maxwell was looking happy to have her sucker in hand as her dad carried her from the appointment. Jessica is officially back to work again with Weight Watchers as she works to shed her baby weight after giving birth to her son Ace.  Weight Watchers is thrilled to be working with the celebrity mom again.  “We were thrilled to welcome Jessica back on the Weight Watchers program in August.  With a toddler on the run and an infant to look after, we know she needs a plan that’s simple and fits into her life along with the support that’s so important to moms with young children.” Jessica already looks amazing post-baby, but I know she’ll be able to inspire so many other moms to reach their weight loss goals by re-teaming with the company.  Kudos to her! In a bid to celebrate life, we take an in-depth look at Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Blacklist, which is guaranteed to have something for gaming fans around the globe. Those familiar with Sam Fisher have noticed an awful lot of changes in his life / career since first hitting the scene in 2002. The Splinter Cell series has allowed gamers to course through the shadows in this light and dark-based stealth game, which grew to iconic status with 2006's Double Agent. Consistently one of Ubisoft's flagship franchises, the man with the trifocal goggles returns with a few new tricks in his latest outing, Blacklist. When a mysterious band of evil doers dubbed The Engineers put into action a large scale series of terrorist attacks, it is up to Fisher and his newly minted Fourth Echelon base to prevent these multiple attacks as the clock ticks down. Before each mission, you are able to choose and customize your weapons, gadgets, and gear while aboard the Paladin. Blacklist encourages gamers to play uniquely in three different modes: Ghost, Panther and Assault. Ghost is the super stealth non-lethal way, Panther is when you flex your lethal options and Assault is the all-out noisemaker at the party. Boasting the dopest coffee table to be ever used in a video game, players are able to engage others online, tackle side missions and more in the S.M.I. (Strategic Mission Interface). This well integrated tactical world map even allows you to access co-op missions and the popular Spies vs. Mercs multiplayer. The enemy A.I. also gets a boost of improvement, as they will investigate noises made, follow your path and even kick down a door with gun's a-blazing. These elements make the experience of playing your way more tense and rewarding. The return of the "Mark and Execute" system from Conviction is much appreciated. By tapping the Right Bumper, you can keep your play style in check smoothly. Along with the great gameplay, Blacklist is also another testament to the storytelling genius of the Tom Clancy brand of political thrillers. Gamers watch as the president handpicks Sam Fisher to lead Fourth Echelon into battle and stop the terrorists by any means necessary, which means there are exciting plot twists and turns throughout the story. A gripe that was made during gameplay was that the whole cover system can be somewhat awkward. During one mission, you had to navigate Fisher in this dark loading area past a bunch of guards without being seen. The light and dark-based element, usually a point of fun for hardcore fans, was made cumbersome due to the sensitivity of the Sixaxis. Another problem emerges when the style of play you've chosen has been taken away from you by the developer. In numerous missions during the later stages of the single-player campaign, you're left with no choice than to dance to the developer's tune. Ubisoft is no slouch when it comes to offering visual experiences. Navigating around shadowy areas and past enemies show off the game's crisp and fluid character movements. Casual fans may not even notice the departure of Michael Ironside as the voice of Sam Fisher, due to Eric Johnson wonderful vocal talents. All in all, Splinter Cell: Blacklist gives you your money's-worth and more. In-game currency allows you to upgrade Sam's threads / gadgets between mission and online, while optional Dead Drops and side challenges allow you to bolster your funds. Add to that another host of missions (14) that you can play with a friend, "Spies vs. Mercs" multiplayer battle mode and a horde mode, and you are presented with an engaging experience that will prove just how changed a man Sam Fisher is. Don't believe us?! Watch the trailer for the game below: Splinter Cell: Blacklist is available now for the PC, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii U. Jessica Simpson has returned to Weight Watchers. Simpson originally signed on with the weight-loss company following the birth of her daughter Maxwell. When she became pregnant again, she took a break from the program. Simpson’s son Ace is now three months old. After consulting her doctor, she decided to return to her position as a Weight Watchers member and spokeswomen. In her latest commercial, she explains that “being healthy has become part” of her lifestyle. As reported by Ace Showbiz, Simpson is already dropping the weight she gained with her second pregnancy. She was recently seen sporting a little black dress while she dined at the Sagebrush Cantina with fiance Eric Johnson. Simpson also appeared in a Macy’s commercial, wearing a curve-hugging dress covered in lace. Jessica Simpson’s new contract with Weight Watchers will highlight their new MomFeeds program. As a mother of two, she understands losing post-pregnancy weight can be a struggle. Weight Watchers’ MomFeeds is a digital program that helps busy moms maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle. As reported by Media Bistro, The digital magazine is presented through Flipboard. Simpson is a talent singer and performer. She also created the Jessica Simpson line of clothing and accessories. The line includes clothing, shoes, handbags, perfume, jewelry, and sunglasses. Simpson’s products were the first celebrity brand to make more than $1 billion in profits. Simpson’s struggle with her weight started with a 70 pound weight gain during her first pregnancy. Like many women, she fought hard to lose the weight. She credits Weight Watchers for supporting her throughout the process. Although she did not gain as much weight with her second pregnancy, Simpson chose Weight Watchers to help her stay on track. Jessica Simpson took a break from her career to focus on her family. However, she seems to be ready to move forward with her successful career. Jessica Simpson stepped out for a family meal at Sagebrush Cantina in Calabasas, CA, with Eric Johnson and their daughter, Maxwell. She was joined by her friend, Stephanie Terblanche, and the two later met up with CaCee Cobb for what Jessica called a "moms day out." While Jessica is getting back into the swing of things after giving birth to son Ace this Summer, she made quite a few fans excited yesterday when she hinted that she may be returning to the recording studio soon. Jessica tweeted, "I need to make music," which was followed by a lot of encouraging words from fans. Jessica's last album, a holiday-themed record called Happy Christmas, was released back in 2010. Her last non-Christmas album was Do You Know, from 2008.
