To coincide with the release of “Random Access Memories”, the latest musical endeavor by Daft Punk, Japanese toy giant BANDAI unveiled a set of premium made-to-order action figures in the French duo’s exact likeness. Standing at around 145 mm or 5.7-inch, the limited edition figurines feature a full articulation thanks to BANDAI’s patented S.H.Figuarts design. Complement to each miniature Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter is a complete bike outfit in black vinyl. To bring a sense of realism, BANDAI plated both robotic helmets in actual chrome. Part of the exclusive S.H.Figuarts Collection from BANDAI, each figure costs around ?4,725 JPY, or $45 USD. Made-to-order only, the life-like figures will be deliver later in November. Available to residents in Japan only, you can place your orders now at Premium Bandai online store. With the weather warming up we’ve been seeing brands release a slew of new collections for the new season. Today we get a look at The Hundreds “Hawaii” Collection that’s set to hit stores this Friday. The collection will consist of a bunch of goodies that are two tank tops, three graphic tees, a snapback, and a drink coozie. All pieces will feature the Adam Bomb in a new Pineapple skin to fit perfect for the Hawaii theme. The bad news is that this will be a limited release that will only release at Hawaiian-based retailers which are Blue Hawaii, Prototype, One Eighty Boardshop, Island Snow, Know1 and In4mation. Nonetheless the collection will be available May 24th, 2013 for all our Hawaiian readers.
