The whimsical graphics and patterns by Steven Harrington will find themselves on a series of Generic Surplus footwear once again this summer. Crafted in espadrille-like silhouettes, featuring details such as cotton canvas, chambray upper and jute-wrapped midsole construct by Generic Surplus. A set was then completed by the Los Angeles-base artist with colorful patterns and vibrant colors. Six designs in total, with the three plain colored editions available now for ¥8,190 JPY (or $80 USD). The rest of the collection, done by Steven Harrington, will be available during the later half of this summer. The latter sees the venerable NB silhouette constructed from a classic mesh and suede combo, featuring a neutral grey or olive green base complemented with vivid green or bright orange accents. Tonal camo adorns the ankle wrap and midsole for a distinctive look. The 501 frames its camo pattern in more conspicuous fashion, using the design to finish the shoe’s mesh underlay. Conceived by Sussex-based boat designer John Shuttleworth, the Adastra Superyacht is a stunning $15 million vessel measuring 139.5 feet long and weighing 52 tons. It has a top speed of 22.5 knots can travel 4,000 nautical miles without refueling. Fuel efficiency is helped by a lightweight hull, made of glass and Kevlar, as well as an interior appointed with similarly lightweight oak cabinetry with honeycomb panels. Billed as the second largest of its kind, the trimaran took four years to build and features an integrated ship monitoring system, allowing it to be be controlled by an iPad 50 meters away. Commissioned by Hong Kong-based shipping magnate Anto Marden, the luxury yacht can house up to nine guests and six crew members. Creature comforts include a full-width master cabin and two guest cabins — all appointed with luxury bathrooms — as well as a sauna, whirlpool and fully functional kitchen. More samples of the Air Jordan 4 continue to hit the internet and Jordan Brand seems to be gearing up to release plenty of colorways including the “Grey Cement”, “Toro Bravo”, and now this “Red Tongue” make up. The Air Jordan 4 “Red Tongue” obviously sports a Red tongue on top of a Grey base and adds both Black detailing and hints of Blue. For Spring/Summer 2013 WTAPS introduces a new seasonal footwear option, one that highlights a minimalist build and a versatile, timeless design. As its name implies, the Canvas Sneaker features heavyweight canvas construction, complemented with metal eyelets, waxed cotton laces, a tonal rubber toe cap and vulcanized rubber sole. WTAPS branding takes the form of a woven tongue tag, logo heel plate and a printed textile sockliner. Rounding out the details is a stenciled serial number on the side, providing an appealing military-inspired flourish. The first time we received a look at the Nike LeBron Soldier 7 was back in December in the form of a Purple colorway but we now have an official look at this new sample pair. Sporting a clean White base, this new Nike LeBron Soldier 7 adds in Black accents throughout a majority of the shoe including the liner, strap, and outsole. Lebron James‘ Soldier series stands out on it’s own now compared to the new Nike LeBron 11 and you can see for yourself above.
