Interpol this week rejected Russia’s 'all points bulletin' for William Browder, who's leading a global campaign against those responsible for the torture and death of Russian whistleblower Sergei Magnitsky.

And the documents suggest that TeliaSonera agreed to pay bribes as recently as the summer of 2012.

Chen Hui, a former Haikou (Hainan Province) tax officer, received 11 years in prison for taking $212,678 in bribes. Prosecutors said Chen solicited $194,904 from developer Hainan Zhuzong Real Estate Co.
