Below is some JUICY scoop on The Vampire Diaries! E! Online says someones breaking up: Dean: I’ll take anything I can get on The Vampire Diaries! Break out the Taylor Swift CDs, ice cream and sweats because a couple is heading for Splitsville in a few episodes. And yes, it’s either Delena or Forwood. TV Guide talks visions and Stefan: How long before Stefan is saved on The Vampire Diaries? —Peach NATALIE: You know those visions Elena has been having along with that big pit in her stomach? Well, the dreams are about to get even clearer. The nail in the coffin — pun intended — will be that Katherine is having the same exact visions, but it’s she who recognizes the location, leading them to where Stefan might be found. TV Line teases Nadia: Question: Do we know what the story is with Vampire Diaries‘ Nadia? —Kate Ausiello: We don’t, but I do. And you seriously wouldn’t believe me if I told you. (Hint: She has a very surprising connection to [spoiler].)

Season 5 of "The Vampire Diaries" is off to an okay start, but can this flailing series be salvaged? Some new blood might do the trick, and therefore, some casting news has come in! Read on to see who the next one to put the bite on Elena (it's always about Elena) will be! According to Deadline, Michael Malarkey (pictured) has been cast on the show to play Enzo, a charismatic but tortured figure from Damon’s (Ian Somerhalder) past who arrives in Mystic Falls desperate to reconnect with his old friend. His first episode airs December 5. "The Vampire Diaries" Episode 5.02 - "True Lies" (airs 10/10/13, 8-9pm) MISSING PERSONS — Without telling Elena (Nina Dobrev) that Stefan (Paul Wesley) is missing, Damon (Ian Somerhalder) turns to Sheriff Forbes (Marguerite MacIntyre) for help finding his brother. Elena and Caroline (Candice Accola) try to find out who is covering up a campus murder, and a fellow Whitmore student named Jesse (guest star Kendrick Sampson) gives Elena some intriguing information about Professor Wes Maxfield (guest star Rick Cosnett). While Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) struggles to return to his old life, he continues to be the only person who can see and talk to Bonnie (Kat Graham), but he can’t convince her that it’s time to let the others know that she sacrificed her own life for his. After learning that Silas is searching for Katherine, Damon asks Matt (Zach Roerig) and Jeremy to keep her out of sight, but the situation quickly spirals out of control. Finally, Nadia (guest star Olga Fonda) uses violence to make a point about her own agenda. Joshua Butler directed the episode written by Brian Young. By Sarah Stephens The CW is determined to be the leader in genre programming. They’ve covered vampires, witches, werewolves, comic books superheroes and everything else under the spectrum. With the new pilot THE TOMORROW PEOPLE, premiering Wed, Oct 9th at 9pm, they’re taking on the next steps in human evolution. Based on a British series from the 70’s, the Tomorrow People are seemingly normal humans with latent “special powers” like telekinesis, teleportation and telepathy, which break out in their teens. Mix in a super-secret military organization hunting down the Tomorrow People, long dead family secrets coming to the surface and some pretty fun visual effects and you’ve got an entertaining new series. But will THE TOMORROW PEOPLE stand out amongst a slew of new shows this fall and all the genre series already established? Time and some decent writing will tell. THE TOMORROW PEOPLE has a powerhouse team behind it in executive producers Greg Berlanti (ARROW), Julie Plec (VAMPIRE DIARIES) and director Danny Cannon (NIKITA). Not to mention a strong (and very attractive) cast lead by Robbie Amell (1600 PENN) staring as Steven Jameson and Mark Pellegrino (LOST, SUPERNATURAL) as antagonist Dr. Jedikiah Price. Series leads Robbie Amell and Mark Pellegrino joined Greg Berlanti, Julie Plec and Danny Cannon at the Paley Center Fall TV Preview for the CW in Beverly Hills. First, they stopped by the red carpet to chat with us on what THE TOMORROW PEOPLE is all about and to give some insight on what to expect from the first season. THE TOMORROW PEOPLE airs Wednesays at 9PM on The CW (7PM on CTV in Canada) Sarah Stephens’ first and longest running TV addiction is with Days of Our Lives, starting at the age of four. Now a grown-up entertainment and pop culture addict, Sarah lives in Los Angeles where she watches too much TV, chases after all things Disney and writes. Follow her on Twitter @SnowWhite22.

Connie Britton is all in for Obamacare. The actress joined a number of other celebrities who have voiced their support of the Affordable Care Act and urged uninsured Americans to sign up for new Obamacare exchanges. The celebrities have leaned on their vast network of Twitter followers for support, sending messages with the hashtag “#GetCovered.” Aside from Connie Britton, others joining the chorus to support Obamacare include Amy Poehler and Lady Gaga. One of the biggest splashes came from Vampire Diaries actress Nina Dobrev, who stripped down in an attempt to draw attention to Obamacare. Dobrev took a picture of herself topless holding a sign that read “#getcovered” across her chest. Dobrev is one of the most interesting celebrities to join the fight, as she isn’t even American. “Im Canadian. We have healthcare for all. If you dont have insurance go to http://say.ly/cdi6TN2 and #GetCovered, Because w/o it, youre naked,” she wrote. The future of Obamacare is uncertain. Though it has been passed by Congress, signed by President Obama, and upheld by the Supreme Court, a group of Republicans are targeting the law. The group of mostly Tea Party Republicans has insisted that they will not vote for a measure to pay the government’s bills unless Obamacare is defunded or delayed. As a result, the government has been locked in a shutdown for more than a week. Connie Britton is busy outside of her Obamacare advocacy. She has been on board for a movie spinoff of the television series Friday Night Lights, but said not all the actors share her enthusiasm. “There’s been a lot of talk about a lot of things. Some people are really excited about it and some people aren’t,” Britton said. Kyle Chandler, who played coach Eric Taylor in the show, seems to be one of the hesitant ones. Connie Britton said Chandler pointed out that the television series was already based on a movie, which itself was based on a book. I am so excited about American Horror Story: Coven tonight. I know this is Ryan Murphy, so I hope the story isn't too crazy or lacking. However, with the cast, I feel that it can be epic. And it better be, because I love me some witchcraft.I think I have mentioned that as a crazy teen, I read every Witchcraft book in my town. I even tried to practice it, no success of course, but it was fun. Witchcraft is a very interesting thing to me and I love a good Witch show, movie or story. This season, it seems that witches are in. There a show on Lifetime called, Witches of East End... It sucks. It sucks bad; luckily I didn't expect it to rock, but still, it was a disappointment. Sleepy Hollow has a witch and Vampire Diaries has Bonnie. The Originals have witches, but they are a little boring, so AHS better bring it tonight.I need my Witch-Fix.

We may be reaching the bottom of the traditional post-premiere decline for new series. Last night, Fox’s Brooklyn Nine-Nine became first new series this fall to post week-to-week gains with a 1.5 in adults 18-49, up 7%. The entire Fox comedy block was up 7% vs. last Tuesday, paced by New Girl (2.1), with freshman Dads (1.3) flat and The Mindy Project (1.4) down 7%. Since Fox’s Tuesday lineup is ahead by a week (it launched on Sept. 17), it is plausible that the gains are a sign of the ratings bottoming out that occurs around Week 3-4 of the season. Or it was just an uptick due to lesser competition from NBC’s The Voice, which aired a recap show (2.9) vs. an original. Can someone blame the CW for moving away from female dramas to boy/genre shows? After those underwhelming 0.4 in 18-49, 1 million viewers and 0.3; 860,000 viewers for Hart Of Dixie and Beauty And The Beast on Monday, the network got cooking with veteran Supernatural last night. In its ninth (!) season premiere, the sci-fi drama logged 2.53 million viewers and a 1.2 in 18-49 for the series’ highest rated and most watched premiere since 2010. Versus last season’s opener, Supernatural was up 37% in total viewers, up 25% in A18-34 (1.0/3) and up 50% in A18-49. Even The Vampire Diaries spinoff The Originals did OK, averaging 1.92 million viewers, 0.8/3 A18-34 and 0.9/3 A18-49. That was down only a tenth from the show’s premiere last week, despite opening the night at 8 PM against ABC’s Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. vs. riding the coattails of The Vampire Diaries on Thursday. Wondering what a lead-in is worth for a series like Chicago Fire? The NBC  firefighter drama, which has flourished airing behind The Voice this fall, posted a 2.2 last night, down 15% from last week. It showed that The Voice adds a hefty premium to Chicago Fire‘s numbers but also that the drama can stand on its own as its lead-in was down 36% week-to-week. Even with a Voice recap, NBC still won the night in 18-49 (2.7) ABC’s Marvel’s Agents Of SHIELD (2.8) was down 10% from its fast national last week. The Goldbergs (2.0) shed another 9%, while Trophy Wife (1.4) was flat. A Scandal repeat (1.0) was up 43% from last week’s episode of now cancelled Lucky 7. After the two-part good buy to popular cast member Cote de Pablo, there was an inevitable letdown for NCIS fans, with the veteran drama (2.8) tumbling 27% week to week. But NCIS: LA (2.6) was down just 4%, followed by Person of Interest (2.0), which slid 5% to a new series low. CBS was the most watched network by a mile with an average of 14.8 million.
